“To say only a few sentences about OCP would be very hard for me. The twelve or more years I was with this company was some of the best years of my life. The people are not just fellow employees but friends for life. This company is a wonderful place to work and the owners and managers treat you like family. If I could turn back the clock I would have tried to do more to show my appreciation every day that I was there. I miss all the people and my job every day. I hope only the best for all and many years of success. Wonderful company to work for and I truly mean it.” Peggy C. Retired

OCP Employee Testimonials
As far as my relationship with OCP, it was one of the best experiences of my working career. For one, the trust on letting you do your job determined by your skill sets and not micromanaged was extremely attractive. I think that how potential employee candidates were considered and chosen are a testament to OCP’s excellence. Basically, “Here is what we want, now make it happen” type of culture. I would strongly consider future opportunities based on relationship, environment, team support, and management. Tim B., Outside Sales
As a former employee of OCP, it is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial. Throughout my career with OCP, training was a priority and support never fell short. Demand was high and the rewards were always at play. My peers and counterparts were always eager to assist me with any request for help and I enjoyed traveling and learning from them. Claude D. Part Sales Manager
I have never worked for and wasn’t used to working for such a professional company. From the initial phone call I received from OCP till today, I have been very impressed with their professionalism, how caring they are, the resources they provide, owners and managers, and the kind of people they hire. Top notch organization. Proud to be a part of that. Ryan B. Parts Sales Manager

One of the greatest things that I really enjoy about the company is that they genuinely care about their employees. Over the last 13 plus years of employment with them, I have had the privilege to work side by side with some of the greatest team members and leaders that I have ever been associated with. At OCP there is a feeling that we are one team striving to achieve the common goal of being the best at what we do. Scott D. Parts Sales Manager
